It stopped working 1 month after installing.

It worked correctly for 4 weeks and then stopped callibrating. It doesn´t lock and it don´t allow callibration.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, if the calibration is failing for your Wyze Lock Bolt please try the following troubleshooting steps:
-Make sure you are within Bluetooth connection range (16 feet or less).
-Wait a few seconds for Wyze Lock Bolt to connect to your phone before making any changes.
-Make sure your firmware and app are up to date.
-Check that a shared user isn’t modifying your Wyze Lock Bolt at the same time.
-Check the battery life as well (in Settings > Device Info).
-Make sure you are extending the latch all the way. If your door frame recession or dust box area is not permitting the lock to fully extend, please check the article on common door jam solutions.
If you are still running into any issues, please reach out to our Wizards team (https://support.wyze.com/) so we may help out. You may tap on the Message icon in the bottom right hand corner of the support site > fill out the questionnaire > choose the way in which you would like to speak with our team. Please include as much information on your issue as possible. Great but could’ve been better with wifi. The bluetooth is okay but sometimes you wanna add somebody to the code list on the fly and it would be great if notifications were made avaiable to who opened the door.

I love this lock, and the ease of installation. I cannot get my fingerprints to work, as I know, I have very thin ridges if any, I don’t have to worry about keys being lost and I’m thinking of purchasing two more for other outside room doors.

Love this lock! There are many smart lock options out there but I wouldn't want to go with anything other that Wyze. It's a affordable, easy to install, easy to use, and of course integrates in the app with my other Wyze products.
Having a log of entries when locked and unlocked, see who's profile code was entered, along with the ability to set auto lock timers & control it from the app, I have full trust in this lock to keep my door secure (and no longer worry about getting locked out or losing a key)!
The reason for 4 stars is the fingerprint scanner. It does work, but not as well or as quickly as my smart phone that I'm used to. It can be finicky in colder weather (haven't had hot weather yet) and doesn't always read on the first placement - I tend to stick to the keypad entry to avoid fingerprint issues.
