The Wyze lock is amazing, just like every other Wyze product I’ve used. The shipping was very fast it only took like 2 days after it shipped. The install was a little wonky at first because the instructions are a bit jumbled. But once I realized how they had the diagrams it was simple. I’ve not had bad product from this company ever, the customer service on the other had is a totally different story. If you need to call them for ANYTHING, don’t. However, but all your security equipment through Wyze you won’t be disappointed with the product.

It works well, but it’s not a smart lock. I didn’t know this when I bought it. All of Wyze products are, I believe, but it’s just Bluetooth. The design is great, it looks nice. I hope they upgrade this design. I have the other lock also but this one looks better and has fingerprint function, and is one piece.

Great product. Know what you're buying. This is NOT for remote locking and unlocking. You MUST be on your home WiFi network to control the device.
