It works great, the finger print feature is great for getting inside quick but it would be nice to also have the remote unlock feature on it in case you dont want to give full access to specific people

We have had a wide range of experiences with Wyze products. This one fortunately is hands down our favorite product from Wyze. Kids race to unlock the door when coming home from school. Wife loves it and it has impressed on a number of fronts. It replaced a Schlage Smart Lock and we use it on a door inside our garage leading into the house.
Pros:
- Well Built (Metal housing with rubber gaskets, feels solid & looks nice)
- Works well (fingerprints or code), works consistently, works quickly!
- Auto-Lock settings are great (have you ever forgot multiple things before you left the house?)
- Battery Life is still solid (we put our old batteries in from our the smart lock we replaced)
- Price is right (got a discount)

Cons (Maybe improvements for the future):
- No audible alert sound when opening/closing the door (had this with our prior lock)

- Door can't tell if it is open or not
- No additional types of finishes to match your home/style

Despite the cons listed, it is a solid product, great value, and you will love it. We wish their Video Doorbell product was this solid (spoiler alert: hands down our least favorite product from Wyze).
