I like the camera a lot. It's easy to install and works well. However, I had difficulty changing my password because the code would not work. I finally got it to work by having it sent to my wife's phone. It was very, very irritating that I was unable to call anyone for assistance. Despite your website advertising chat with someone, no number to call for help is evident. I find that misleading and extremely disappointing.
I’ve had this camera for a couple of months and so far have been very pleased. The battery lasts a long time but does take a while to charge. It hasn’t completely run down but I brought it in early to charge. I suspect based on use it would last two or three months on a single charge.
This was unfortunate.I spent hours trying to get the audio to not echo and or change the actual soundscape to dull, quiet, smacking, and or clicking sounds. I thought turning the record sound option off would prevent it from recording sound, but even that does not work. I have had many Wyze smart cameras, and the audio has always been sketchy, but this pair of the battery operated pros both had this issue from the start. I hope it’s something that firmware can change, but I’m not too hopeful. Please contact me if we can get this fixed. Thank you in advance.

The battery dies within a week, even with only event recording enabled. Continuous recording doesn’t last more than two days. When you enable any of the recording features, it warns you that it will drain the battery quickly. However, I was not expecting it to be that fast. I recall from the website that the battery may last for 6 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To name a few of the great features, easy to use config and fast connectivity. Great improvements of the AI to identifying person, pet, vehicle, and package. Lastly, camera quality at night is great and clear even if the night vision is off.
