I’m a long-time Wyze owner/user and these Outdoor cameras are far below the promised quality and performance that Wyze promises and promotes. First off, trying to play back SD Card recordings results in the app instantly crashing, even with the highest performing cards. The new app, which was clearly designed to screw over Wyze users of the original plan, by only providing stills instead of 12 second videos, is extremely buggy and has taken a step back in usability (how come turning the cameras on/off is now buried in the settings? Just stupid.) The battery performance is NO Where near the claimed rates. 6 months between charges? Pleeeease. Maybe if the camera was turned completely off. Motion Detection is no where near the performance of their other cameras. Just a subpar effort. Wyze has a LONG way to go to catch up to Arlo in battery-powered security cameras. Let’s just hope they can recover from this lousy design and crappy software version.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good, clear video and the flood lights are just strong enough. But, unlike my Wyze cam floodlight unit which has continuous video, these cameras don’t so I have to start the video stream each time I want to see what’s happening
