Battery dies pretty quickly. Had a lot of trouble getting one of the cameras to focus, spent several days corresponding with Wyze about returning it, but it was a problem because they wanted me to return both cameras when one of them worked. That meant the extra battery and charger would be useless. Eventually they put me in touch with their techs, and after some time doing operations I had already tried, the camera finally started to work. But it was a bit of a hassle. I think Wyze returns system could be a lot better to deal with.
The Wyze Cam Pro performs exactly as advertised! I currently have 4 and I cover my house full 360 degrees and I never miss a moment. Night time is just as clear as the day and excellent connectivity always!
Love WYZE products I have over 50 in my home. Cameras, plugs, bulbs, scale, out door plug, etc. love the no base wireless feature of this camera. I have back up batteries always charged so there is no down time. I lived in Vail CO, and love seeing which wildlife visited me the previous night. Deer, elk, fox, coyote, mountain lion, bear, skunks, raccoons, Snow shoe rabbits and badgers. Could check on my dogs in there fence in back yard when I was away. Good deterant to thieves in my driveway and all around my house. Mounted one 6 inches away from my hummingbird feeder and wowed my friends on fb.
Worked for two day then stopped working. Will not reconnect to WiFi. Also the power plug is poorly designed and the mounting connector is inconveniently located.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Camera has great picture color and clarity but it will not detect my WiFi as good as the cameras I replaced. I do like the idea of just switching out the battery.
Camera is working great and very easy to install and set up. Purchased the solar panel in addition to camera and seems ro keep charge at 100% even in NH winter sun. Only drawback so far is it is not working in Wyze app on my iPad with iOS 18. Works on my iPhone however.
