I own several Wyze Cams and the Battery Cam Pro are my least favorite. This is partly due to the fact that they are clunky and slow within the Wyze app. I realize some of the issues are most likely because they are not wired and all of my other cams are. The Battery Cams are also significantly more likely to encounter bugs in the app and the battery doesnt last as long as I had hoped. There is a bugin which the Battery Cam does not register that it is on and no feed will show, as it states that the cam cannot be found or that the power is off. This causes you to either close and restart the app, or, at times, restart your phone completely. I do know it's not my phone or my internet. I have reliable high-speed internet as well as a new phone considered to be one of the best brands to own, and I do not encounter issues with other apps I use. The wired cams I have do occasionally have issues that occur, but much less often. On the plus side, the Battery Cam Pro does have a nice bright light (that does use significantly more battery) and good picture quality. Having no cords is also very useful as it allows you to place the camera anywhere. I use the cams daily and they remain a large part of the peace of mind I get from having home security.
works okay, doesn't identify species, clunky interface, big delay of upwards of 30 seconds to connect to the camera, even when on Wi-Fi. It seems you have to put the fisheye lens or you can't see anything close. Hard to adjust the lense to get a good shot of the birds. Would be nice if the system identified the bird species.
I want to turn off the light!!! I dont want it to come on at night

Hello there! To turn off the built-in spotlight on your Wyze Battery Cam Pro, you can do so from either the live stream or the camera's settings in the Wyze app. Here's how:
From the Live Stream: Open the Wyze app and select your Wyze Battery Cam Pro. On the camera’s live stream, tap the spotlight icon to turn the spotlight off.
From the Camera’s Settings: Open the Wyze app and select your Wyze Battery Cam Pro. Allow the live stream to fully load. Tap the Settings gear in the upper right-hand corner. Tap on Spotlight. You can toggle the spotlight off or adjust settings as needed. If you have the motion-triggered spotlight feature enabled, you can toggle it off in the same settings menu to prevent the spotlight from turning on when motion is detected.

About what I expected. The detail at full screen looks ok, not super high in resolution but good. Once one magnifies the image rather slightly (pinching, etc.) the image quality gets very fuzzy and looks out of focus. Not very pleasant to look at, but usable.
The battery only last for about a week I charged it before I used it..

Hello! If the battery on your Wyze Battery Cam Pro seems to be draining quickly please try the following steps:
-Confirm that your camera’s firmware is up to date and the Wyze app is up to date. -Ensure you’re using the charging cable that came with your Wyze Battery Cam Pro. -Verify that you’re using a 5V 2A power adapter.
If all of the above is confirmed we would recommend taking a look at this guide for further troubleshooting tips:

Camera is awesome, the video quality is great, the recording of actions is just ok, it captures most things that happen, but for the price, this is a great camera.
I bought 4 wyze battery cams. In 2 weeks the battery died. What a waste. And you would think and battery charger would come with the pack instead of having to buy it separately. It is 3 ft from the router and is always going off line. So is my other camera that is outside and again less then 3 ft from router and always going off line.
