Does not work with my CamPlus Lite subscription? This is also the same issue with the CamPan v3 I just purchased. This is not a technology issue. You could decide to support this easily, you are just choosing to try and make me purchase a more expensive subscription for something that used to be FREE with any Wyze purchase. Very disappointing. You continue to push me away as a long term customer. Very bad business decision in my opinion.

Camera and video quality are amazing. The fact that I can't add it to my cam plus lite account is sub optimal. Even with the SD card installed it won't record full motion alerts, only 10 seconds. Additional fees required to use to full potential
Battery Life is not as they make it to be in the promotional video it lasts me less than a month. and the video said, 6 months with no constant use and with constant use 3-4 months. I give it that I use it constant and is not living up to the expectation I had. kind of disappointed

-Confirm that your camera’s firmware is up to date and the Wyze app is up to date. -Ensure you’re using the charging cable that came with your Wyze Battery Cam Pro. -Verify that you’re using a 5V 2A power adapter.

We have 2 of these cameras and love them. They have great video quality and seem to be very reliable. I did build enclosures using outlet boxes to help protect from the elements.
Very happy with the performance of these cameras, and the battery life. My only hiccup was installing it - having to screw it into the wall was difficult, and I do wish there was an easier way. But the camera itself gives a fantastic picture!
I use these in my enclosed front and back porches, since my home is older and doesn't have electrical outlets outside.
