I’m a longtime Wyze camera user and love their stuff, but the live view connection with these Battery Cam Pros is super flaky and disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't like that I have to stream live video to turn off the camera. Many times I'm unable to see live video, probably about 50% of the time, so I'm unable to turn off the camera. I'm streaming at about 100-200 mbps, so I find this unacceptable. I never had this problem with the Outdoor cams.
Very simple to install, instantly recognized by software. Very good video quality in a wide variety of lighting conditions. Wide angle in vertical installation covers my entire front yard and street.
Very easy to set up. The design gives me the flexibility to mount the camera, or leave freestanding so I can move around in different parts of my home ! Everything works well with my 5G wireless network
I replaced my cam v2 (it quit working) with the Wyze cam pro. It was on the expensive side. When installed it did not have the connectivity as the V2 did. It will not connect unless it is close to the hub. When it does work, it has a great picture. Wyze was out of stock for the older V2 camera. It would be worth the wait to get the older camera . I have 8 wyze camera's and home security system. All work well except the new camera. For the increase in price, I have not seen the value. It will not connect at the same location the V2 did
