The installation was simple and easy. And it integrates so well with the entire WYZE system. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is that it is a little bit erratic about what it records... Oftentimes, it doesn't record my wife at all, but it always record me.
Great camera hands down but I wish the holder was less flexible and just don’t make it do too many things because the more you choose the quicker the battery will run down but I am very pleased with this purchase. The video picture is excellent.
Would not stay powered up and connected I'm no engineer but since the battery wouldn't hold a firm tight connection with the camera I'm going to recommend a stronger retaining clip for the battery in the camera housing. I would consider the camera if these power and connection issues were resolved overall I was disappointed and returned the camera to wyze 😒
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this camera for a location without power. It has been in service for almost 3 weeks and currently the battery level is at 53% and this location has a lot of traffic. I didn’t know exactly where I wanted to place it so it’s not currently mounted and I’ve been moving it around. The style and the weight of the battery makes it ideal for use when not mounted. I’ve had no real issues with WiFi connections either. I would purchase again
Hardware wise, It's a fine camera, decent battery, good live view. However, they have removed almost all of the free features, short video clips, limited smart detection, etc. All you get is a snapshot of the motion detection. And in my opinion, it doesn't detect motion from far enough away. They really want you to buy the monthly subscription, if you already have it, it's a good camera, but if you don't, then it's very limited.
Bought 6 pieces but find all of them difficult to connect to
