Replaced my Wyze cameras with Wyze Battery Cam Pro

Like the simplicity of a replaceable, rechargeable battery. The device was easy to install and setup. But a strange thing happens when I go into past events and delete them. When I hit “delete”, it closes the app completely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The concept is great but execution can be improved. Battery life suffers to get frequent captures and distance from wifi is key to using it outdoors.

I was very impressed with the wifi range on these cameras; one of which was positioned roughly 150ft outdoors from my nearest mesh wifi access point inside the home. Good smart detection for people/pets/cars as well! Would buy again!

Works as advertised. However often takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes to view the cameras through the app. (Gets stuck on authentication or on step 2/3 or 3/3) often have to close the app and reopen to get it to work.

-Confirm that your camera’s firmware is up to date and the Wyze app is up to date.
-Ensure you’re using the charging cable that came with your Wyze Battery Cam Pro.
-Verify that you’re using a 5V 2A power adapter.
