This thing is a joke. You have to turn off every setting in the camera for the solar panel to be able to charge it. I will not be buying any more of these.

Installation is straightforward, no tricky stuff to contend with. Setup was a breeze and easy to program. I cant get the light to come on at night though. And I thought it was supposed to unlock and lock when my phone is near? A couple of possible bugs. (They may totally be my fault) I really enjoy the camera and the peace of mind I have when I'm not home.
The Camera was nothing but a problem out of the Box, randomly disconnected, light would just start flashing and not turn off. Defective product returned for refund.

They said the batteries are supposed to be good for 60 days mine makes it 24 hours absolutely terrible I even bought the Solar panels they don’t even charge the camera

-Confirm that your camera’s firmware is up to date and the Wyze app is up to date. -Ensure you’re using the charging cable that came with your Wyze Battery Cam Pro. -Verify that you’re using a 5V 2A power adapter.

The camera fails to record to the SD card if it loses WIFI connection. Should also have some type of brightness or contrast control because it will limit your installation preferences.
