Goes off line slot and battery doesn't fully charge. Love it when it works

I need an outdoor camera that I can turn off the spotlight on since it is positioned towards my alley and for security reasons I do not want it to blind my neighbors.

Hi there, I completely understand wanting to keep your camera active without the spotlight coming on unexpectedly. You can adjust that right in the Wyze app using the steps below:
From Live View: Open the Wyze app and select your Wyze Battery Cam Pro. Once the live stream has fully loaded, tap the spotlight icon to turn it off (you can tap it again anytime to turn it back on).
From Settings: Open the camera in the Wyze app and let the stream finish loading. Tap the Settings gear in the upper right. Choose Spotlight, then switch Motion off so the spotlight won’t activate when motion is detected.
This will allow the camera to continue watching over your space just without the additional light turning on.

Simply tap the Message bubble in the bottom right, follow the short questionnaire, and choose how you’d like to connect with us. If the device ends up being defective, we’ll gladly assist with a replacement under the 1-year warranty.

I have it set on the lowest settings for recording and the battery lasts maybe 3 days tops. Not as good as it says
