Sold and promoted before it was ready for prime time. Still doing upgrades. It will not let you capture a still frame, (burglar). You can only watch the video or download it.

The camera will only record 12 seconds of video - no matter how I set the preferences - and those 12 seconds are usually too late - like if a car pulls up and someone gets out - it starts recording just as the person steps out of frame. I am VERY disappointed with this purchase. I have had many other WYZE cameras that I have been very happy with. Also - I thought there would be an option for continuious recording - but there isn't, like in the other cameras that I have.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery life was 2 weeks max. That happen twice. Not 6 months

-Ensure you’re using the charging cable that came with your Wyze Battery Cam Pro.
-Verify that you’re using a 5V 2A power adapter.

Good, not great. Needs more motion sensor range.

Picture quality is ok but not razor sharp enough to pull a plate at 25-40ft. I like my camera but the motion sensor needs more range. I have mine mounted on a tree in my front yard pointed at the street. It isn't always triggered to record. After a recent break in and robbery happened in my area. We caught the criminal on video walking up our driveway using a different camera. We got the car on camera but the quality was horrible at night on our other cameras. I bought this one these hoping to get it near the street so i could pull a plate. But at night it's not possible. I was kind of bummed about that but for a battery camera it's not horrible. I'll keep it.
