Camera was working fine until a firmware update, now the solar charger won’t charge it and the battery won’t charge while in the camera. Also I inserted a micro sd card, it won’t recognize the new card or any other for that matter.
I’ve run all of the suggested troubleshooting steps to no avail.

Good but continuous recording is battery intensive. Only snapshots of motion detection is actually feasible unless you hook it up to a continuous power source. I've only got it on solar and trees block charging capacity unfortunately.

I've had it for a few weeks and thus far, it's much better than the older legacy weatherproof battery cube. It connects directly to my Wi-Fi versus the base station which is a much smoother and solid connection. All in all, I like it better and I'm hoping that I won't have to recharge the battery once every 6 weeks or so.
