I have 8 wyze cameras in total, 4 diferent models and I love them all exept this one. 95% off the time it wont connect, Ive even disconnected all the other cameras to make sure its not that I have to many things on my router and still wont connect. Ive placed the camera side by side with the router to make sure is not the distance between them and still wont connect. battery at 100% still nothing. Very dissapointed with this one
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing battery life. If you use it much you will need to change batteries often

Hello! If the battery on your Wyze Battery Cam Pro seems to be draining quickly please try the following steps:
-Confirm that your camera’s firmware is up to date and the Wyze app is up to date. -Ensure you’re using the charging cable that came with your Wyze Battery Cam Pro. -Verify that you’re using a 5V 2A power adapter.

I like every thing about this camera except you can not record locally with out Cam Plus. It has a great picture, easy to mount, very good battery life. As soon as they add local recording I will get more.
Doesn't pan, cannot playback on memory card with short recorded events only. Need to tap stream live to conserve battery. Subscribed for annual CamPlus, so not sure if it is money well-spent. It is portable, that is a plus.
If the camera had the capability to record continuously to the memory card installed, would give 5 stars. It works great with the solar panel. The mount for the camera could be better. Had a hard time getting it tight enough to hold the camera in the position we wanted. Overall, happy with the camera.
