I have many cameras and accessories that I'm happy with but this one, a disappointment. Optics are great, LED is great, size and mount is great, but with everything on the lowest setting possible, 24 hours of battery life is a deal breaker! I went back to the 1st generation wireless cam for my needs and MAY still use the 2nd gen as a wired device.

Not what I expected at all, the silver ball area is stripped so camera doesn’t mount and sit correctly

Here are a few tips that may help:
1. Make sure the wall mount is screwed securely onto the back of your camera. The disk should be snug, but not over-tightened. 2. If you need to change the viewing angle, gently loosen the mount by turning it counterclockwise, set the angle you want, then tighten it again. 3. Ensure the wall mount base is firmly attached to the wall using the included screws and anchors, especially important for drywall or softer surfaces. 4. Please avoid extra weight on the device. The mount is designed specifically for the Battery Cam Pro, so adding additional weight or accessories may affect stability.

I have up graded from v1 wireless v1 camera which is still working but didn't like it picking up cars going down the road that was 150 feet from the road even though it was blocked with the app . Now that I have the wireless outside pro I'm not having any problem with it and it even picks me leaving the house everytime and doesn't pick up road ,so far its worth the money ,and I would recommend it
I just replaced my battery powered V1 camera and am very happy with the decision. I think the battery life will be much longer and the picture quality and new features are much appreciated.
Mostly with keeping it powered here in Minnesota. It seems a USB power supply is needed in these frigid temperatures we get here. With that being said, I would have skipped the whole seperate solar panel thing and just bought a wired camera to begin with. Money not well spent for me unfortunately:(
These cams work great , the light and the removable battery and no separate receiver is a great improvement over the original outdoor cam “which I also have” thanks Wyze !
