A clear improvement, but still a work in progress

Although this camera control floodlight is an improvement over the last model, I remain a little puzzled that it will still mistake raindrops for a person. Not as bad as the last floodlight model, but it still seems to have this problem despite the “AI” algorithm.

Easy setup, and works as advertised. Solid quality. The detection zone is worthless. I've lowered the sensitivity wayyy down and created a custom detection zone to almost right in front of my Garage door to minimize drive by traffic and people and it picks up ANY movement still even across the street

Great product. It doesn't however always capture animals. Part of the reason for the purchase was to also deter animals when it recognizes them and the light comes on. I have noticed animals from a second backyard camera that the flood light didn't capture. Other than that, I like the device.

I was looking for primarily to see what animals arrive in my backyard nightly. I find poop but the camera doesn't seem to pick up small animals (raccoon, dog, etc)?
