We bought this to replace a no-name cheap flood cam, as we also began to replace our 'other-brand' doorbell and outdoor camera. It's really easy to use, and setup. As we are adding other wyze we find that we are missing some of the functionality that this camera/flood has.

Images aren’t as bright and clear as I want it to be. Whenever connecting to the app it can be very slow. The live view pauses on occasions.

Flood light pro is a great idea, but so far I have had a few problems.
The worst problem I have is that it goes offline regularly, like at least once a week. It is only 20 feet away from router and shows an excellent signal strength. Then to get it back online I have to reinstall a new device which throws out my settings.
I only had one instance when the camera didn’t sense a delivery person, but that may have been one of the times it dropped offline.
Also smart detection seems to be getting better at telling me what it detects. Without the smart detection I would not be able to use notifications due to so many false alerts.
Needs improvement but overall it is not bad.

The Wyze Cam flood light Pro is one of the best cam you can buy at this price point. The camera’s 180 field of view and the picture quality are great. I currently own Wyze and Ring and the Wyze camera has a better picture for less than half the price. Having said that Wyze light brightness isn’t as bright as I had hoped. If Wyze increased the brightness on this light I would give it a 5 Star rating.

The camera and light work well. The issues are with the app and notifications. The notifications are 3 hours off no matter what I try in the app. You either get too many notifications or don't get them when you want them.
