Finger scanner, wifi, and battery life

Finger scanner works when it is wants, goes in and out of connection with Wi-Fi, as for the battery life after less than a month the battery light came on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You will know you are connected to your Wyze Lock Bolt if the Wyze Lock Bolt page says “Connecting” or “Connected.” If the main button is gray and says “Connecting,” it is not yet connected to Bluetooth. You can also check if the settings for Wyze Lock Bolt have some words grayed out (not yet connected) or have all words in black (connected). If you are still running into any issues, please reach out to our Wizards team (https://support.wyze.com/) so we may help out. You may tap on the Message icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the support site > fill out the questionnaire > and choose how you would like to speak with our team. Please include as much information on your issue as possible. No Wi-Fi, not a smart lock

Thought this was a smartlock. The sales page made it look like it was. I only realized it wasn't when I wasn't home and tried to unlock it. This device ONLY connect via Wi-Fi

This is a Bluetooth lock, You cannot open and close it if you are not within 16 feet. Didn’t realize that fact. Very disappointing. Plus the Bluetooth keeps dropping.

You can’t give a guess a temporary code like the first Wyze door bolt, but it’s good for the price not great. Needs that temporary code for guest and a quick lock after you close the door not the 15 seconds that it has.
