The Wyze Lock Bolt is amazing! I absolutely love the fingerprint recognition. No need for anyone to remember a code.
I have used multiple Kwikset locks in the past and the Wyze Lock outshines them in terms of setting up and functionality. The installation took me under 5 minutes. Nothing short of a miracle.
The only feature that isn't great is the one-time code generation. It only generates for a 4 hour window, but it is a fixed window so when I generate a code at 7:57am (for example) the code times out at 8am. I would like to be able to specify a date and time window when the code can be used.

This is a very good lock with a few limitations. You cannot add or remove long-term codes remotely or unlock remotely, you must be within Bluetooth range. You can add one-time codes while away, but that is NOT helpful for short-term rentals. This needs to be upgraded to allow for remote management.

I had another brand of lock for my AirBnb and thought this one would be easier to program last minute rentals from the app. I thought I would be able to set new codes for it from home without having to go out to my AirBnb, but NOPE. It is set by Bluetooth only so I still have to drive out there to create codes. That's so inconvenient.

This was the perfect lock for us as we have a possible need for neighbors to enter our home the event of an emergency (falls) and nobody remembers a seldom used pass code, but everyone has a finger. Fingerprint recognition was not equal to a phone sensor and registration/entry may take more than one attempt. Of course, here you are dealing with a vertical, non-movable surface.
