I have 2 of these Wyze lock Bolts. They have been so helpful in many ways.
1. Locks itself after you set the time parameter (in case you forget to lock it).
2. I can let someone else in to walk the dogs, etc.
3. There are 3 options to open: finger print, enter code on the keypad, or someone can unlock from inside.
I have had only one issue and it was with installation (the wire was in the way of the dead bolt mechanism and it gets stuck. I can drill more room but it’s a fire rated door so I’d rather not compromise that integrity. The locks work well and you can program different fingerprints. Such a great price.

Bought it and while it is beautiful a few cons:
-No Wifi. Only way to lock and unlock is being at the door.
-Finger scan gets a B- ... it will unlock with my finger, but takes 2-3 scans almost everytime.

This was easily one of the best purchases I’ve made in home automation. I love the fingerprint sensor and the look of the lock and keypad. It’s unobtrusive and very modern looking. I love the digital functionalities in the app—auto lock, key codes, etc. Great product; great purchase!

UI in the app seems to lag in updating the status of the locks. Haven’t been able to get my sons fingerprint to work yet.
And would like to be able to change the bolt action so that it doesn’t matter which way a door opens, if it is locked the bolt is vertical. This is not the case for 2 of our locks.

When the kids need to stop by and help out Mom/Grandma and she isn’t home we don’t have to go find the right key…(she has a different key for each door. We were able to add a deadbolt to the one door that did not have a deadbolt and now she can share the code with the kids. Very easy to use and when the lower was out and her garage door didn’t work, the Wyze Bolt made it easy for her to get in the house as it doesn’t depend on internet or power from the house. Great lock/bolt and keypad set-up - very easy to setup.
