Very Disappointing

Won’t connect to Alexa , which is one of the main reasons we got it. Connection to phone (to lock and unlock using app is often very slow, taking 15-20 seconds despite having excellent internet signal strength. The “smart” in this smart lock is altogether disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than the old one. We had to load in multiple fingerprints for each user, just to get it to recognize consistently. But now it works flawless (and fast!). It looks nice too.

Nice lock but Battery indicator doesn't work!

Works nicely but the battery level reading obviously does not work. My neighbor has the same issue on his. Both our locks have been installed for two and a half months. They are used many times a day, each and every day since installation. Both of them still say that the battery level is 100%. That's impossible! So now I guess we have to wait for the lock itself to warn of low battery instead of allowing us to check via the app. If the indicator level on the app was working properly, it would allow us to be proactive and change out the batteries "before" they got low!

After three months of use I am writing this review. The product is solid and hits the mark. It was easy to install and easier to set up via the app. I use the lock daily, and have yet to change the battery. Zero issues. The fingerprint reader scans my finger the first time every time. I really do not know what else to say here, other than, buy it!
