Excellent lock I have had others but this wyze lock bolt is bay far the best fingerprint setup and operation is perfect!! Self lock is excellent would be nice if the app automatically updated without refreshing.

Would not connect. Sporadic control of the lock. A locked work fine when I was at the property but have not been able to control it away from the property

This lock does not lock your door right away it’s minimum time to lock is 15 seconds you can adjust it to lock the door for more time, but I like the grey original lock the locked the door right away. Buyer beware but it’s pretty good with all the other features

Very Disappointing

Won’t connect to Alexa , which is one of the main reasons we got it. Connection to phone (to lock and unlock using app is often very slow, taking 15-20 seconds despite having excellent internet signal strength. The “smart” in this smart lock is altogether disappointing.

Better than the old one. We had to load in multiple fingerprints for each user, just to get it to recognize consistently. But now it works flawless (and fast!). It looks nice too.
