Okay product but needs improvement

Installed 5 locks for interior doors. Hardware looks good except the striker bolt that has limited allowance to fit/match with corresponding door jamb plate that comes with it. It should perfectly align if not an auto-lock will not work. The biggest disappointment is the software interface with app. Bluetooth connection between the unit and phone has lag and record of history doesnt refreshed up intuitively/automatically.

Very easy install. Easy to add to existing Wyze account. Cannot add passcode, only fingerprints. Will be returning it this cannot be resolved. Very disappointed.

Fingerprint censor is very inconsistent. lock motor is loud. Feels and sounds kind of cheap. I It does okay, but I would not purchase this again if I could do it over again.
