Easy to install and initialize. Have had no issues with setting passcodes, scanning fingerprints, or accessing our property. The only downside is I find the BT technology as well as accessing information on the app limiting.

Since we had a wired bell previously the install was pretty quick and easy. Set it up and started using it within minutes. The video quality is fantastic and I like that you can use other cameras and/or Alexa to hear the doorbell chime!

The fingerprint entry code does not stay retained in the unit. I have to keep re-entering a code and it only works for 10 minutes.
