Easy to install, and great Video Quality.

Since we had a wired bell previously the install was pretty quick and easy. Set it up and started using it within minutes. The video quality is fantastic and I like that you can use other cameras and/or Alexa to hear the doorbell chime!

Fingerprint entry

The fingerprint entry code does not stay retained in the unit. I have to keep re-entering a code and it only works for 10 minutes.

This is a Bluetooth lock, You cannot open and close it if you are not within 16 feet. Didn’t realize that fact. Very disappointing. Plus the Bluetooth keeps dropping.
