The product is built well, the instructions were easy to follow, and the installation was simple. The reason for the 4/5 rating is because the fingerprint sensor is not as reliable as I expected it to be. My parents have a hard time opening the door with their fingerprints, but they do not have issues with using their fingerprints on other consumer products.

Quality of construction and appearance are both great. Through no fault of Wyze, I didn’t realize when I purchased, that this was not connected with WiFi and could only be controlled via Bluetooth. Because of that, all your settings need to be made while in range obviously of the lock and it doesn’t communicate anything to you when you are not home…fine. Having said that, we need more detailed access settings to allow for daily schedules to disable auto access on specific days and times. Bluetooth geofence would be nice to be added as well. Hopefully those are in the works. Otherwise price is right and works well for what it is.

It was an easy install and works simply. I can not imagine going back to using a house key. I question if the house was locked for a week and everytime i checked it was, now i don't even think twice i know my house is safe.
