Lock works well at the door when placing your finger and typing in your code. The finger reader doesn’t work all the time but still is nice. The app side of the lock does not work at all even when on the same wifi network the lock can not be found by the app. And I am unable to see if the door is unlocked or locked in the app. The only way to operate the lock from the app is from the door bell pro and I still don’t know if it is unlocked or not. If the app gets fixed I would rate this 5 stars.

Easy to install. Make sure the connector on the inside is all the way in tho. Test before putting it all together (yes my bad).
Wish you could change codes remotely without the need to be within the Bluetooth range.
It would be nice to be able to lock and unlock remotely without the need for the doorbell. You can unlock remotely when doorbell paired but cannot lock, other than use the auto lock feature.
Other than the above it's good so far.

I assumed the lock would work like the other lock over wifi. I was wrong. It looks and operates well but the numbers are hard to read. I am hoping they make it wifi controlled.

I bought these products based on my earlier experience with the makers gun safe. The ease of set up, intuitive app and instructions, quality of its workmanship and options had me curious to what other products this company offered. I’d been wanting to replace a dated E-door lock for a while but didn’t need a wi-fi enabled door lock like my August main door. The Wyze bolt locks were perfect and at a great cost! I couldn’t believe it. Everything that I mentioned above was applicable to these two locks. I love them! Keep up the good work and products!
