The lock is pretty nice and easy to install. Had a small snag during setup, but that was fairly easy to overcome. I had the August lock; I do miss the notifications while not at home. But, the fingerprint feature is fantastic. So far the lock has been great.

I never realized how much I would enjoy having a smart lock! Getting into my house with the touch of a finger is a game changer. The installation couldn't have been easier. I watched the instructional video a couple of times and had the lock installed in about 20 minutes. I thought about getting a smart lock in the past, but hesitated because I was afraid of someone getting access to my account and remotely unlocking my door. But this device completely negates that since it is not connected to the internet. It just fits my needs perfectly all around. I highly recommend it and am looking forward to putting one on my garage door.

The fingerprint doesn't always acknowledge mine correctly when trying to unlock the door. It may just need retraining a new fingerprint, though.

It was super easy to install and it is easy to setup. My only problem is that the fingerprint id most of the time doesn’t work and I have to type in the code. It is the same for all of my users.

I love this lock. It was easy to install and would have only taken 20 minutes, except that I had to increase the size of the existing hole. I've given trusted friends their 4-digit birthday as their personal code, so they won't forget it.
