This is a great option to the Wi-Fi version we bought a few weeks ago for my parents. The only problem I’ve had is that it still wants to auto-lock even when the door is open. Still working on that.

The lock’s finger print doesn’t respond well.
Won’t unlock easily. Working late nights trying to get in quickly is difficult

Game changer

Looks beautiful on my dark colored door. Biometric scanner is a game changer at this price. I hope Wyze comes up with a bridge to enable WiFi capabilities in the future without needing to change the lock itself. The only complaint is that it takes a while sometimes for the app to connect to the lock. Hope Wyze fixes this with an update.

Sleek, and functional. Thumb print reader is nice and fast. Really miss the auto lock on closing the door, and the wifi connection to see if door is open or shut.

Easy to install, fingerprint detection works nicely, we were able to add all family members fingerprints and personal pins, seems well constructed, although I have the impression that the previous one (which I also own) has higher quality materials.
Overall very satisfied! I highly recommend it!

I like it a lot. Very easy to install and configure. I guess if I think something could be improved, I can’t give it a full 5 star.
I wish the knob had some kind of mark on it so I can see it from a distance that the lock is in the locked or unlocked position. With the back being all black. It’s hard to see the knob position. Even a little mark would help. Thanks.

Con - Keeps disconnecting form my phone, and this smart lock doesn't have wifi connection.
Pro- opening door with fingerprints and keypad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
