I was actually surprised and so far I found it very useful. It gives an extra security to my home, but also allows me to admit people when I’m not available highly highly recommend.

Best smart lock!

It is so convenient to go out and exercise and not have to bring my phone or keys.I can also open the door for family if I need to do.This one is awesome!!!Not only is this lock beautiful it is very functional as well. Installation and setup were a breeze. The instructions were easy to understand.
The pairing was super easy. I would highly recommend!

Excellent smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to try a smart lock for awhile now as this seems to be a great option for guests, or if we forget our keys,or for so many other instances. We decided to try this on our back door as the front door has an oval lock and also we are still a bit nervous about how secure these locks actually are. Everything came beautifully packaged in the box and the instructions seemed pretty basic and straightforward. I want to explain all the difficulties we encountered during the installation but to be clear these had nothing to do with the actual lock, just our specific door but hopefully our problems will help you avoid the same issues. I took off our old lock fairly easily and quickly but when I tried to put the bolt in my problems began. The bolt was larger than the hole in our door. Clearly, I should have looked up all specs and measured everything ahead of time. Well, I proceeded to use a circular wood drill bit and made the hole larger. The bolt then fit perfectly and I was able to easily install the motor and the housings. However, I then realized the lock housing was not flush with the door because our back door is apparently thinner than an average one. Luckily, Level has spacers to fill the difference so I went ahead and ordered a pair. So now I went ahead and attached the strike plate, excited to finally test the lock. However, when I tried locking it, the door had to be pushed in order to allow the bolt to lock. This wouldn’t be a big issue except the automatic lock couldn’t be locked without assistance. I did check my old deadbolt before installing and had no issues but now I took a closer look at my old strike plate and realized the side had been filed to allow our old bolt to slide through. So I had to file the new strike plate on one side to allow the new bolt to move smoothly. This took a lot more work than excepted but I am still giving the lock 5 stars because all of our issues had to do with our door and the previous poor deadbolt installation. Now the lock is working perfectly and is very simple to use and I love just checking my phone to see if the door is locked. We also got the level connect which I feel is a must have addition as this is what allows it to connect to wifi instead of just Bluetooth. The lock also comes with two spare keys and two cards that you can give for temporary access. Overall, this seems very well made and once installed easy to use. I will be calling a locksmith to rekey it but other than that we are good to go and I definitely recommend it. Just make sure you measure and double check everything before you start.

The best smart lock in the market, but level app needs to be improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of invisible smart lock as it totally looks like a normal lock. Its size is way smaller than other smart locks, and it looks like a super luxury lock. You have many different ways to unlock: using the card key, using a smartphone, using a keypad, and using a traditional key. The lock is easy to install. However, setting up the lock in the Android app is not a smooth process. I have to close/reopen the lock so many times to get it done and connected. I think Level should improve the app to get a better user experience.
A useful tip: I first installed the lock upside down, and the app constantly gave me the error, saying the bolt can not move freely. I have to debug so hard and almost gave up 😂

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this and the ability to unlock the door from your phone. It’s really nice when people are coming over and you aren’t home and they can go in. Definitely recommend if you’re a person who like techy home gadgets.

Great remote and home key functionality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this lock in exchange for an honest review and I am very excited by my new lock. My old one was push button and at times wouldn’t unlock. This one works well with my watch and phone through Apple toolkit but I can also use some cards that came with the lock for temporary access or for my kids who don’t have watches. With the help of the connect + allows me to monitor the lock from far and open and close it if I need to. My only issue is with Apple Home which recently updated and won’t allow me to add my MIL to use her watch without a hub but that is not level problem, however if they had a watch app it would help solve the problem without Apple. Installation was fairly easy. We did need to drill out the door a little more for the dead bolt part. Aside from that it was easy.

With just a simple holding down the button on the app or using the included key cards…it locks and unlocks with ease. I wish I had gotten this sooner now. So convenient!
