Huge upgrade

However, my experience with the Intech digital keypad lock on my front door left me frustrated due to its quick battery drain and finicky operation. After persisting with it for years, my wife finally urged me to switch to a smart lock for her birthday.
Apprehensive about the level lock's potential complexity, I was pleasantly surprised by its straightforward installation and usability. Remarkably, my wife managed the entire setup herself. The lock's craftsmanship impressed me—the sleek finish and robust build were evident, offering a satisfying tactile experience while locking and unlocking.
The thoughtful additions, such as the deadbolt extender and keycards, showcased the company's consideration in designing this product. It provides various access methods—via the app, keycards, or the physical key included in the package. The accompanying app proved equally impressive, boasting an aesthetically pleasing design, intuitive layout, and stable performance without any battery drainage issues.

pretty sweet lock 🔒

Compact invisible technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this door knob set looks like a traditional lock but with amazing benefits of hidden technology. My favorite feature of this set is the effortless access, you can enter with your iphone or apple watch, key card or a traditional key. I’m always wearing my apple watch, so a tap to the lock is great. It conveniently works with major smart home platforms to control the lock from anywhere using an app on your phone, your voice (ask Siri) or automations. I love the piece of mind this provides always being able to control the lock and unlock on your house, even when you are not home. I like that you can always know the status of the locks as well by using the app. Another great feature is being able to share access with family or friends that you trust, which is nice for when you are traveling. The installation of the hardware is pretty straight forward, everything you need is included in the box. The finish is nice and blends well with the look of our home. The technology setup is a little more complex, but the instructions are easy to follow. Overall, a great addition to our front door. It is nice and compact. No bulky interior box or keypad to draw attention, technology is totally concealed in the lock itself.

Great alternative to other brands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used Kwikset and Schlage smart locks for years. We love the keyless aspect and love being able to have guests and other people who need to enter our house have a way to get in.
I can't count how many times we went out of town and ended up with a package. My neighbors can come open my door and stick it in for us.
The lock itself is stunning. The brushed nickel is so shiny and smooth. It definitely looks high end.
The connect feature is great. One of the pros it says is that it has a longer battery and can perform in power outages and low wi-fi. Our current Kwikset lock eats through batteries fast and we end up locked out, so I appreciate that. It says you can also use siri with it, and you can set it to auto lock when you leave and auto unlock when you arrive. This is so nice when you are running in or out with kids. How many times do you wonder if you actually locked the door?
I also love the option of having the key cards. I can give that to my relatives who stay with us who are not as tech saavy as they come in and out.
Installation was easy and it works well. Very happy.

It’s neat and fancy but

Great features
