[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the washer is awesome. It has a huge tub that has no problem with my extra large comforter. Having 3 dogs that love to shed, it is crazy to see how much hair it pulls out in the filters!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So this is what clean clothes smell like! Switching back to top load after a with front loads that left me deeply unsatisfied. I bought this a month ago and have been thrilled. After reading so many bad reviews on washers out there, I was resolved to 3 criteria- cleans clothes, top load, and doesn’t leak. Lol. But really. I love the filters, deep fill, pet clean. I can fit a couch cushion in there! This is nice because with an older dog, it’s sometimes needed. It is deep. At 5’, I keep a stool by the machine 😁 but I still love it. The special features are still a mystery but so far I haven’t needed them. I will say a week after I got the machine that I fostered some puppies who ended up being sick. I had to put some gross things in my beautiful new washer. It handled everything I threw in it, with lots and lots of bleach! Still smells new. Love this washer. Highly recommend

Hate them sadly

I've had the washer and dryer for over 6 months now so I've given them a fair shot but I hate them, especially the dryer. All but two of the cycles on the dryer are utterly and completely useless because they leave your clothes wet no matter what you do. The sensor thinks clothes are dry when they aren't so even if you restart one of the cycles they'll turn off a minute later because it keeps thinking the clothes are dry for some reason. The only way to use the dryer is to use the time dry setting and manually set it every time.
The washer is mostly okay but it has its quirks like if you accidentally turn it off it goes through some shutdown process and you have to wait like 10 minutes to be able to turn it back on and wash your clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing pet hair feature. We literally bought a new washer and drying just to help deal with our huskeys hair. We figured even the price of a new W+D would be made up in lint roller savings in about two years, lol. We'll, the verdicts in and this set is amazing if you have pets that shed. The pet load takes about twice as long as a quick load but it removes about 85-95% of the hair. Most of the hair is just on particularly "sticky" fabrics. The hair catching bars in the washer are always full after a load and the drying catches the rest. Even his ped comes out hair free and that's grand zero. Look no further if you have pets. Only regret is not seeing We had a gas hookup before buying the electric washer. Natural gas is better for the environment and decreases your dry time and utility bill.

I’ve had my Samsung washer for about 6 months it’s absolutely the worse purchase I’ve ever made. The unbalanced feature makes it difficult to wash bedding and when I do set it to the bedding mode my sheet come out SOAKED! Absolutely awful! Stick to TVs!

Why doesn't my display work.

I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and the display didn't work. Samsung told me it wa spur of warranty and to buy a new one. I would never buy a Samsung appliance again.
