Washes as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 2 weeks things are still great. Washer does well. Has a larger load capacity then previous. Changed from front load to top load and much happier. Only complaint is having to reach into the washer to get clothes out but that is the downfall of a top load. Overall satisfied with the purchase so far.

Very dissapointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually I was very disappointed with the washer's performance. The clothes did not appear to be as clean as the old washer I had and I am having to use heavy duty/deep fill selections to get the average wash. Lots of bells and whistles with a high price tag but no delivery on the promise. Lots of hype.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect Pet Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung 5.4 cu. ft. Pet Care top-load washer for a while now, and I’m really impressed. I have pets that shed constantly, and this washer actually lives up to its “Pet Care” name. The dedicated pet hair cycle and built-in filters do a great job catching fur and lint so it doesn’t end up on my clothes or in the dryer. I used to have to lint-roll everything after washing, but not anymore.
The washer is huge — 5.4 cubic feet makes it easy to wash large comforters, blankets, and pet bedding all in one load instead of doing multiple smaller ones. It’s also surprisingly quiet for its size, and I like that the lid closes softly instead of slamming shut.
I really like the SmartThings app integration, too. I can start a cycle, check progress, or get a notification when it’s done right from my phone. It’s one of those features I didn’t think I’d use much but now really appreciate.
The brushed navy color looks great in person — it’s a nice change from basic white and gives my laundry area a modern look. The only small downside is that the drum is deep, so if you’re shorter it might take a little stretch to reach the bottom. Some of the cycles also run a bit long, especially when using the pet care or deep clean options, but the cleaning results make up for it.
Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s stylish, easy to use, and most importantly, it keeps pet hair under control. If you have pets or just want a powerful, smart washer with plenty of room, I highly recommend this one!
