sucks at catching dog hair for the price of washer

if u getting this for dog hair don't. it doesn't work i have ran it though multiple washer cleaning but still same results and talked with Samsung techs 4 times and they say it user error or keep running washer self clean which doesn't help
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Using the washer's full potential is what we want you to have. Let us help you.
We recommend removing pet hair from items and cleaning the pet hair filter before each wash cycle to improve effectiveness and prevent pet hair from remaining in the tub, which could contaminate other items. After completing the wash cycle, there may still be pet hair and foreign matter in the tub. Remove foreign matter with a dry cloth.
