[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd Samsung washer that I have purchased since 2009. The pet care line was important to me as I wash many loads of laundry per week including the blankets we keep on the furniture due to our dog. I was hesitant with the deep capacity of the washer as I'm only 5'3", yet I've been able to get most of the laundry out without assistance! What took double loads in my previous washers easily fit in the large capacity drum. Give it a try!

Huge tub

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The extra large capacity and multiple wash options make this a winner. I like the many different temperature options and the choice of water levels. Filters inside the tub are easy to clean and should help long term efficiency of the unit. The color is lovely and fun.

Happy with the new Washer Dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer and the partner dryer for several months now. We have experienced no major issues, and used most of the wash cycles provided. We've used tear away washer detergent sheets, pods and liquid detergents.
We have several dogs, and were attracted to this model based on the petcare systems included. We have been underwhelmed by the performance of that system, in comparison to the extended wash time it requires (nearly 2 hours in both washer and dryer). We have only noticed a small difference on blankets or clothes between that cycle and the quick cycle wash (40-50 minutes).
The water usage seems and energy usage seems to be efficient, we've noticed a decent drop in our monthly bills since install.
The design is sleek and so far has been resistant to any stains or dents.
Installation was easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
