Washer is great, Dryer is Junk

Let me start out by saying I got this set at a very good price during a 4th of July sale, it seems to have doubled since then. Had I paid the current price it would be going back.
The washing machine itself is pretty nice and I like the features, I don't know if the Pet Care function is really working, we have a dog but I've never seen any hair trapped in the hair traps, I have however found some large pieces of lint stuck in them.
The reason I'm only giving this combo 3 stars is because the dryer for this set is a piece of junk. Literally the only way I can dry anything is used Time Dry. None of the other settings that sense how wet the clothes work work well. For instance just tonight I tried to dry 3 towels. I ran it on normal, the dryer ran for about 15 minutes and the towels were all still damp.
One other note, this set does not seem to come with the steam attachment kit for the dryer. No where does it state that even though Samsung offers free setup/install. After calling them and the delivery company multiple times someone finally came out to install it, but from what I was told that typically is not included.
Why is Samsung selling a Steam dryer and not including the parts needed to get the steam working. Its literally a Y connector an a extra hose to get water to the dryer.

The only setting that fully dries is timed dry. Any other setting leaves the load damp.

Large almost front loader like washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the washer has been good. It doesn’t get clothes quite as non-damp as a front loader but it’s less mildew smell. I definitely recommend max spin when possible for removing as much water as possible. The hair collectors are actually pretty cool and I find it useful if not just for hair but also lint. It’s almost like a pre dryer lint removal collector. The smart features are very handy and convenient if only to let you know when the cycle is complete (but there’s more to it than just that). I’m very happy with the purchase so far.

Samsung washing machine is not good.

This washing machine is the worst ever! If it is the least bit off balance it will continue to fill up full of water. It doesn't get it right you have to open the lid and adjust the items inside. This happens all the time and it's extremely frustrating. Don't even think of washing a towel with a couple pairs of pants it will knock off the weight and balance. I will never buy a Samsung washing machine again done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
