The wash cycles are efficient, clothes come out spotless, and I love how gentle it is on fabrics while still giving a deep clean. The drum is spacious enough for bulky items like comforters, and the smart features make laundry so much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second set of Samsung washers and dryer and yes, I still have both sets. I am replacing a whirlpool set that I had serviced once before and same problem returned years later so decided to replace instead of fixing.
