Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine and great color. The machine works really well and has a lot of great features. Clothes come out clean every time. I love the spout that lets you pre rinse any stains before dropping it into the washer.

Good buttt a little problem

A awesome washer i have alway used LG products but I found this washer to be just as great if not better. Problem is I haven't had this washer but 3byears and I bought it ne and the water is leaking out on spin cycle. Any suggestions?

It also has a self cleaning cycle that's awesome. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats and lots of pet hair. If you have pets I highly recommend

Even better than my previous model set

I had the previous design with the built in sink for 10+ years and I loved That washer. Looks at a ton of other designs but always come back to the Samsungs so when my dryer finally went out I bought this pet care navy set. It’s a huge improvement on my old set while also keeping all the things I loved before (the water sink dispenser for stain treatment, the settings, the large stainless drum, etc) I love the new settings and smart features. I need to really see how petcare does but I don’t have a hair issue in our home. I have down comforters and this thing works like dream. Love the soft close door that doesn’t feel flimsy or breakable like other brands. I wish they kept the stainless bottom piece it’s plastic now but doesn’t seem to affect anything. I like the sturdiness of the detergent dispensers. Overall I am Very happy with the improvements on the previous design. It is deep and at 5’ 6” It can be a struggle to reach the bottom but I can manage. I wouldn’t change it since I can fit a king down comforter in it.

Will return the washing machine if I could. Worst.

I bought the washing less than a year ago and I'm really not satisfied with the machine. I tried to get adjusted to it and learn it but in 40 years owning a machine it is the worst machine I ever had.
Here's why:
The worst one is my clothes gets all tangled, twisted and stretched, knots with the sleeve of my shirts whatever which cycle I choose. Which makes my clothes all wrinkled and it damaged some of them.
I thinks it is because it doesn't fill with enough water.
The pet care filter doesn't work at all which I check every time I use the machine hoping it will have some hair but not.. I have 4 hairy Border collies, and it is always empty, but my dryer filter is filled with hair even when I use the pet care cycle.
The softener/soap distributor is difficult to access with the bottle or the cup which brings the other flaw is if you put just a little bit, just slightly too much of softener it completely emptied itself on my clothes right away. Waist of product
Also it is very deep. I'm 5'2" and can barely reach the bottom. But that I knew before buying it by reading the review.
If I could I would return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dial is effortless. Responsive panel. Works amazing. Watched a load while on rinse cycle. Thought an error. Clothes seemed already dry.
Maybe the cycle didn't start? No! Just working so effectively. Rinse and spin out moisture was minimal.
Love the capacity. Extra large on sale for almost same as large. Comforters fit nicely. The sleek color is extra special. My laundry closet is black, and the navy blends right in. Actually creates a bluish hue. So glad I choose something out of the ordinary. Price made it possible to buy both washer, and dryer. Love Samsung anyway. My fridge, microwave, old, and new washer, 3 TV's and my cell phone all bare that name. 😏

The BEST washer ever!

We have now done many loads in this washer and I am AMAZED. The capacity is fantastic (huge space) and I like the deep fill and presoak feature to really get clothes soaked and fully washed. My front loader could never clean like this. Highly recommend this product. My work out clothes finally come out clean and fresh. Pet hair catchers in the drum work and I clean them out after every couple of loads. Pet blankets are cleaned and smell good with one wash,
