[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this washer! The extra filters really cut down on the pet hair. I've read reviews that said the clothes don't get clean. Mine do, you also can't fill it to the top with clothes either, I fill mine about half way with clothes and it's works fine. I did have a little trouble with a heavy king size bedspread so I'll probably take it to a cleaners in the future. But everything else it works fine. You have to use the app to access a Permanent Press cycle which is a minor oversight in my opinion, but at least it is available. It is easy to use and customize cycles to you liking, even have up to 5 extra rinse cycles. This machine is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do a good wash with a lot of cloths. But at the same time is to dip to take the cloths out. For my wife which is 5.1' is very difficult. Mostly if the time I have to help her. Also if you don't put the extra spin manualy the cloths won't come out very dry.
