[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed with overall machine. Very tall and deep. Added to Smart Things App was very easy. The app allows you to managed the was and set wash categories. The amount of wash settings are very helpful. You can adjust rinse and spin speeds. Very quiet operation and clothes come out very clean and almost dry. The Pet wash setting is an added extra which eliminates a lot of the pet hair when washing pet blankets and towels. it also lets you know when self clean should be done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying how much I absolutely love this washer! It is huge and cleans really well! I can wash so much more at a time with Samsung's 7150 series. I haven't figured all of the features out yet but from what I have used, I've loved. There aren't many videos on YouTube about how it works or how to empty out the filters in the washer but I have read through the manual and it's been very helpful. The washer has a touch screen instead of buttons, which is different from my last one but it works well. The washer is so customizable because you can choose how many times it rinses, the soil level, and deep fill, you can even use the water jet to retreat clothing items that need a little extra care. This feature is really important to me because we unfortunately do not have a sink in our washroom. I believe my favorite feature about this washer so far is the smart care app which allows you to start, stop, and customize your wash experience to get the best wash possible. I have noticed that even with my husky who seems to be shedding like crazy right now, my clothes go in covered in dog hair and come out with little to none on it! It is the best thing ever! We love this washer and look forward to doing laundry now because it's so easy and fun to do. Even the kids want to do laundry, which is crazy, especially coming from our teenager!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this washer for a few months now, and I'm very impressed with its performance. One standout feature of this machine is that it’s very quiet. It's a game-changer, especially during late-night laundry sessions which is important to me because I’m a bit of a night owl and my old washer would shake so hard that anything I stored on top of the washer would fly off so this is definitely a big upgrade, lol. My default setting is the Quick Wash on a cool water setting. It's perfect for those moments when I need to get a load done in a hurry without using too much energy or water. The speed and efficiency of this setting are so helpful for my busy schedule.
The pet hair filter in the washer is pretty great, even if it doesn’t necessarily eliminate every single fur strand, it does a good job of reducing pet hair on clothing and bedding. Lastly, the SmartThings app is a great bonus. I can start or pause a cycle, adjust settings, and even receive notifications when a load is done—all from my smartphone. It adds a level of convenience to laundry chores that I never knew I needed and makes me want to “smart home-ify” the rest of my appliances!

Does a great job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very excited with this new washer and dryer set, my favorite part is the pet hair catcher inbuilt into the washer as it does a great job and is very easy to empty and clean. The dryer doesn’t dry as fast as I would like, but it still gets the job done. The lint compartment on this is really nifty too because it holds everything in the bottom section of the filter and has a little compartment for you to empty out.
I love how customizable the wash and dry settings are, so I can easily change to what I need for any specific wash. I usually use the normal cycle with a cool wash and it does an amazing job. My clothes feel very clean and have none of that leftover soap feeling that I had with my old washer.
I enjoyed everything so far, but if I had any criticism to offer it would be that the washer drum is super deep, which in turn makes it difficult to get clothes out, especially if you’re short. I still have trouble getting the last few clothes out even with a step stool.
I would also like to see more features in the app, as I don’t really use it for much besides the cycle finish notifications. But these are just small things to nitpick on and I’m overall extremely happy with it so far, and we’ve definitely gave it a good workout in the first few days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer seems to be fine. The clothes seem to come out clean. It's very large, so it can wash blankets, pillows and even comforters. I haven't tried many of the cycles yet, beyond colors and whites so I can't comment on them. The app is just neat in that I can see how much electricity I used. I can also start the washer remotely with the app which can be convenient. I don't feel like it vibrates too much when it is running. And it is not very noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It must be the ease of using the washer and dryer that I feel like I must wash 2-3 loads every other day. The washer is extremely large where I have to stand on my tippy toes to get all of clothing out and it does hold quite a few items.
It’s quiet and easy to use. I do need to learn about all of the settings but so far so good.

I love the Wi-Fi capabilities and how we can set the setting we want from my phone and how it notifies me when my load is complete.
The only thing I haven’t looked into and dislike is how long the song is once complete. I am sure we can change that somehow.

Best washer ever owned!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the new Samsung washer and dryer set for a few weeks and I can confidently say, this is by far, the best washer and dryer we have ever owned. We still have a lot to learn since they are capable of so much more than one could ever dream of. The washer comes with 12 pre-set wash cycles and the ability to connect to the Smart Things app allowing additional wash cycles to be sent directly to the machine.
The first thing I noticed and absolutely fell in love with, was that I could wash one load in the new washer, which would have taken me three loads in our old washer. The second feature I love is the active water jet feature available to pre-treat laundry. This new washer has a soft closing lid so it doesn't slam and has a self-cleaning mode, too.
We have two dogs and I can’t say that this is the first time a washer has been able to fully remove all dog hair from all laundry being washed and dried. I love the Pet Care Wash Cycle that creates dynamic water currents that loosen pet hair and traps it in dual pet hair filters.

Great pet feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a month ago now, and so far everything has worked great. I love the pet hair feature! I have a golden retriever and a German short haired point and both dogs shed. This washer has proved to remove more pet hair from clothes, bedding, and towels when compared to my previous walker. I like the customizable settings also as some of the cycles can be long for a washer or dryer.
