[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little overwhelmed when I heard that my new washer had Bluetooth capabilities. I still haven't used most of the functions, but I'm in love with the fact that I do not have to wait for my kids to restart their wash. I can now do it from the comfort of my couch. This washer has pet settings which allow your clothes to get cleaner by removing more pet hair than the average washer. It also doesn't have a center agitator so you no longer have to worry about hair getting wound up in it. I was afraid that would mean our clothes wouldn't be clean enough, but to my surprise they are actually cleaner. The other good thing about this washer is the fact that it can hold a comforter. No more going to the laundromat in order to fit our large comforter in a washer. Even that comes out clean without residue from laundry detergent that didn't mix into the water. My only complaint is that I'm too short to reach to the bottom of the washer. My husband ended up making me a small step for those tiny baby socks that get stuck to the bottom. I love the fact that this washer comes with a self-clean setting. I no longer have to worry about cleaning it by hand in order to get the smell out from when my kids leave their clothes in it for more than a day.

Outstanding Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed by this washer. I threw some of my work clothes in and ran a heavy cycle with a standard amount of detergent for the first wash. To my surprise everything came out perfectly; my last washer I had to use 1.5 times the amount of detergent or a significant amount of stain pre-treatment to get the same results. The built in jet is awesome and is very helpful for dealing with stubborn stained clothing. I haven't used the Smartthings function yet, but if it's like my other Samsung products I'm sure it works just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung outdone themselves with this washer! We have French Bulldogs, Frenchtons and an English Bulldog. We have LOTS of pet bedding, blankets, clothes and washable pads and this machine can handle it all! I love the Pet Care option and the bedding/waterproof option on the washer. I was surprised at how clean the pet items came out and the odor was gone! The magic filters that catch all the pet hair is a dream!! The fact that I can control this from my phone using the SmartThings app makes it even better! Looking forward to laundry day, which is a first!

Review of the Samsung Smart Top Load Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it was time to get rid of my old LG front-load washer, the emotions were mixed. I had some good years with the LG, but an unending battle with mold left me more than a little frustrated. It seemed like no matter how many cleaning cycles I ran or home remedies I tried, the mold persisted. Then entered the Samsung WA54CG7150AW - a true game-changer.
Design & Build: First things first, this unit looks amazing! The soft-close lid is a testament to Samsung's attention to detail; it ensures no more accidental slams with our kids, especially when in a hurry.
Features Galore: The Deep Fill option ensures all of our clothes get completely soaked, allowing for a deep cleaning.
Speaking of speed, the Super Speed Wash doesn't over-promise. For someone who always seems to have a mountain of laundry thanks to our kids, this feature is nothing short of a miracle.
Smart & User-friendly: We love the Wi-Fi Connectivity with SmartThings. The Smart Care feature is also handy, as it diagnoses any issues without the immediate need for a service call.
Final Thoughts: Transitioning from the LG front-load was a leap of faith, but the Samsung WA54CG7150AW has proved itself worthy in every aspect. The mold issues are a thing of the past, and I genuinely look forward to laundry days now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After dealing with persistent mold issues in my old LG, the Samsung washer was a breath of fresh air.
Design & Build: First off, this machine looks fantastic. Its sleek white design elevates the entire look of our laundry space in the downstairs bathroom. Plus, the soft-close lid is a subtle yet invaluable feature for those of us always on the move and forget that the old one always slammed down.
Key Features: The cleaning power is commendable, ensuring clothes are thoroughly cleaned in record time. And no more wrestling with a noisy, wobbly washer like our old LG - Samsung's stability tech makes sure of that.
Smart Functions: If the washer faces an issue, the Smart Care feature is a quick way to troubleshoot, saving time and potential service costs. Hopefully we won't have to use that feature!
Performance: The heart of this machine, its Digital Inverter Motor, is both silent and efficient. It's clearly built for longevity and optimal performance.
Conclusion: Transitioning from the LG to the Samsung WA54CG7150AW was one of my best decisions. With fresher, cleaner clothes and no more mold, it's made laundry day a breeze. If you're pondering a new washer, this one's worth serious consideration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing is better than a nice big washer. I absolutely love this Samsung Pet Care Washer because it is huge inside, has a special lint catcher to reduce pet hair and other stuff while washing. I love the feature that allows you to pretreat laundry with the waterjet. You just tap the button on the inside right of the washer and it runs until you press the button again or close the lid. I like the deep fill setting and how you can sync your phone to this washer to let you know when it will be done as well as special wash settings to get the most specific clean for what you are washing at the time. I will say it did take some time to set up but honestly I love it. If they could come out with a feature that didn't require you to scan it every time, that would be even better because I am not sure how well the sticker on the washer with stay without fading. I will probably take a photo of it just in case the heat causes the sticker to peel of, since our laundry room is technically in the warm garage. Another thing would be the lid, because the the washer lid is angled it doesn't open the same as older models, I am not worried about it because it cleans well, but it is kind of tricky if you are filling the detergent compartment without the measuring cup. I love how easy it is to clean out the filter on the washer and that it has so many preset wash settings available on the washer itself. I would definitely recommend this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic Washer! So many options and it's beautiful to look at too. On the cycles, we tend to use Colors, Whites and Pet the most. We tend to wash mostly in cold water and the fill is faster than our old machine which saves on cycle time. Speaking of cycles, quite efficient. There is little movement with the washer even with a heavy load and the overall sound is quiet enough not to notice. Our clothing comes out clean and while we haven't had to use the self-clean program yet, it seems pretty straight forward and easy. Overall we are very happy with this washer and look forward to years of this great washing experience. Thanks Samsung...another winner!

I guess it's fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used this about 5 times. Although that's not many times to write a comprehensive review, I will write what I can. Overall, this is fine. One positive is it is very large, big enough to wash pillows and comforters. I like how you can see through the lid to see your laundry. The clothes seem to come out clean enough. I also like that you can program it to end at a certain time. This lets me start washing it in the middle of the night to take advantage of lower electricity rates. I like how it senses how much water to use. Now, this is where most of the positives end. Prior to this washer, I had one of those good old fashioned washers with an agitator and no electronic control panel. It was still working quite well, and there are a lot of things that it did that this Samsung washer does not. On a side note, I don't really see the point of the laundry soap dispenser as it pretty much just gets washed into the drum immediately. Anyways, this washer will not allow you to add a lot of clothes mid cycle. The machine senses how much water you need, and then fills it accordingly. If after it is filled, you decide you want to add clothes, it will not add more water. Also, I like to use cold water to soak the clothes for hours or even half a day. However, if you pause it to allow it to soak, you can't program it to start at a later time. You would have to go and press the button again to get it running. This is not good if you want to run it in the middle of the night for lower electricity rates. In addition, once you pause it, you also can't use the app to start it again. You can only use the app to start the cycle from the very beginning which is pointless for how I want to use it. In addition, to use the app, the washer needs to be turned on at the washer. Why can't the app turn it on? I do find it neat that you can find out how much electricity you used. However, keep in mind this doesn't take into account the added cost of using warm or hot water. All in all, it seems to be a decent washer. Time will tell how reliable it is.
