I WOULD NOT buy another one!

Why doesn't my display work.

I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and the display didn't work. Samsung told me it wa spur of warranty and to buy a new one. I would never buy a Samsung appliance again.

Do not buy it

Terrible

I purchased the washer and drier set in May. I quickly found I cannot wash anything on any setting other than “Deep wash”. If I chose any other setting whatever I am washing does not even get fully wet. Whatever water sensor does not put enough water in the tub to soak the load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you have pets this is a must buy

Just bought this washer last night. I have done three loads of laundry clothes bedding and rugs. I absolutely love this washer. We have two dogs and I can tell a difference with our dark color clothes not being covered in dog hair. Someday hopefully I will get the matching dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
