Love the different color

Won't dry clothes

This has got to be the worst dryer I have ever used. There is a button that ask how dry you want your clothes. If you chose the highest setting for dryness, you will still have wet spots on them. The only way to get your clothes dry in this model is to set the dryer on Amount of Time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could be OK if you could pick default settings

I wish it would just default to the exact settings I used last time. I use the same settings every time I dry clothes and it’s annoying having to go through and set every setting every single time. Defaulting to the previous use seems like it would be the logical way to set up a dryer (washer too for that matter). But no, they have it set to go back to the settings as if it was the first time you turned it on every single time. And I’m not sure I could have designed a worse lint trap if I tried. The hinged flap in the middle makes it super hard to clear the lint out.
It works well enough if you can get past the lack of intuitive design though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Faulty dryer customer support refuses to replace

Bought this dryer in August 2025. Have had repairs for the same error (HC) twice most recently on January 9th, 2026. Yesterday (January 22nd) the same error has occurred and the dryer does not have any heat. I have already been inconvenienced twice by customer service to get the same repair done twice and now its expected I have to go through this process a third time for a dryer that is less than 6 months old. This product is pathetic and the customer service is no better. I have been battling with customer support to simply replace the unit as breaking multiple times in less than 6 months of purchase so signify replacement status. As a very loyal Samsung user it is beyond unacceptable to be put through the same repairs with no fix in sight. I just wish customer support would understand that this unit is simply faulty and needs to be fully replaced. It is sad how poor the customer service has gotten.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was beyond impressed with this washer and dryer set by Samsung. I am a pet and kid owner and do a ton of laundry! The washer will hold anything from small items to massive pet beds, all while sensing how much water is needed to clean these items!! There is no wasting water with this washer! There are so many setting I don't think I will ever use them all, but boy are the great to have! I love when the washer is done, it has an alarm that goes off that almost "sings" to you! The dryer is just as awesome! It boasts tons of space and gives you plenty of options for drying your items, but you can also increase the time! There is also an awesome light inside to help you find that last darn sock that always ends up in the far back of the dryer! The only thing I do not like is the top of the dryer is slanted, making it impossible to hold anything needed for the washer and dryer. Otherwise, I truly like doing laundry now!
