Horrible divider in bottom freezer compartment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m disappointed that my refrigerator came without a flip cover shelf for butter.
I HATE the divider in the freezer compartment that both limits the kinds of containers that you can put in the freezer and the usable space. The drawers are flimsy and don’t glide smoothly. The exact same French door, bottom freezer previously made by Kenmore was a better product. It was also 35” wide and not 33”.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this for a couple of weeks, I give 4 stars only because of the way the left door shuts. I am afraid it will eventually break. For what we paid for it it is a good refrigerator. If you want better quality you would need to pay a lit more .

This is my first time having a freezer on the bottom. I am actually loving it! I have plenty of room for everything. I love the refrigerator too- I’ve never had such a nice refrigerator before. I am truly loving it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t even had this refrigerator for 2 weeks and the freezer light keeps freezing so it doesn’t light up and there is condensation all over the freezer door. Good thing I bought a extended warranty on this EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Nice smaller french door refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am pleased with this refrigerator. It was wonderful to find a french door refrigerator that fit in the smaller space we have. The left door doesn't close easily if the right door is already closed. It would be a great improvement if the drawers were on roller tracks. They don't slide easily if there is very much in them.

Issues you should not have with Brand New Items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only owned for a few weeks now. Lower rating is due to minor defect to interior water line. I think a part may have been broken in delivery; A small plastic piece, that I am assuming should hold the coiled interior water line in place to back interior wall behind vegetable drawer. I searched for answers and almost impossible to find images or anything that comment about it. It prevents the vegetable drawer from closing since it is not adhered in place with anything. I finally taped it to back interior wall myself until I can find proper info on the fix. I went to Whirlpool website, but I guess I'm going to have to call.
Overall though, still happy with purchase so far. Love the adjustable shelving. Icemaker seems to be working well so far, but again, still new and everything should be excellent. Just hate the water line issue on something brand new that you should not have to deal with.
