Very dissapointing

I purchased this fridge and two weeks in it stopped cooling in the fridge section. It was still in its warranty period however whirlpool refused to send a technician to service it and refused to authorize a refund or exchange.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am currently waiting for new parts for this refrigerator purchased on October 23, 2023. They will be here tomorrow to install the new shelf and cover for the cold cut draw. I feel the new parts should arrive before I comment on this item.

Does not maintain correct temp

After only 18 months, service is needed. I have a fridge thermometer, and it goes from -2 to +5. Results in frozen lettuce and ice in beer. Not satisfied with this fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
