THE FRIDGE SUCKS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the left side of the door makes this horrible sound when you open it. The bottom drawer with the ice always comes out as soon as you open the door. The crisper drawers suck, every time I open it it slides ALL THE WAY OUT....would not buy it again....the only nice thing is the color!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Freezer not big enough.

The refrigerator part is more than ample space. But the Freezer is sadly smaller than my 21 QF side by side. It certainly won't fit a pizza box. I freeze a lot, so don't buy this model if you need a big freezer. I don't use the icemaker, because I am on a well. I use ice cube trays that I fill with purified water. You cannot remove the icemaker tray. The parts are locked in and I can't figure out how to get them out, limiting my space for other items. And the top basket is rattling. It rattled when empty so not my stuff. Will see how it goes but not totally happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is noisier than old one, seems to be working as it should but when the installer left,the water line to fridge had a kink in it ( im assuming from factory). So I called installer and he said to call whirlpool and they would send a new fridge. Anotherwards hes not coming back to fix. I called whirlpool and they took off instal charge as I fixed it myself. Beware when you get something from whirlpool and be sure to try everything before installer leaves or you may have water dammage.

Good fridge so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has been good so far. It maintains the set temperature and its size is perfect for my family. It also looks good. The only two issues I have is that I need to maintain the Humidity Control feature on as I've noticed condensation between the doors..not a lot, and when I run my fingers around the seals, I dont feel any cool air seeping through the seal.
I also noticed that the qualify control on the build lacked a bit. There are a few sections where I see slight seem openings where sealing foam set between the seams of the outer shell and inner shell of the fridge. I dont think, and hope it wont, impact performance as these seams are outside of the food storage section of the fridge. I have attached pictures of this.

Good Solid Refrigerator from a reliable brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator when our LG died after 4 short years and this model had very similar features to the LG. Sad to say but the LG was slightly preferable in some ways except for reliability. The doors on the LG opened and closed better especially the left door and seemed to be heavier and more solid. The LG freezer top shelf slid open with the drawer giving access to both levels without having to pull the top shelf out separately after the drawer is opened. The shelves in the refrigerator doors are smaller than the LG. Otherwise we are enjoying this model and hope that Whirlpool is more reliable and lasts as long as our 45 year old Maytag

Vegetable drawers

Think twice before purchasing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I really don't like the looks of the two French doors. Would look so much better if they were both the same size. Not too pleased with the pull out deli tray, too shallow and doesn't pull out far enough. Fridge/freezer are very noisy. No use for the water dispenser, doesn't make sense having to stand there with the fridge door open to fill a glass. I unfortunately bought this fridge while desperate and wish I hadn't. But if it's like all modern appliances it won't last long!
