(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall, I like the refrigerator but I should have chosen a model with no water features. We decided not to use ice maker and water dispenser. The French doors give us more passing room in the kitchen. The drawers feel a bit flimsy compared to our old fridge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago because I wanted and needed the larger bottom freezer. The side by side we have had for several years has a narrow useless freezer. I gave four stars because of the awkward and inconvenient location to access the filtered water on the left having to open both doors. Otherwise, the large bottom freezer is great except for a permanent partition next to the ice tray that creates a useless space and makes the adjacent space smaller! The French door refrigerator is roomy and well planned.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that it would be quieter than it is. My old fridge was not as noisy. Maybe that is the way the new fridges work.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this fridge approximately 1 month ago and are really happy with the amount of space and the configuration of the shelving. We really like the black stainless it looks really good and hides fingerprints well.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We’ve had the fridge about one month now. Works good but we don’t like how noisy it is. There’s a beeping noise before the compressor kicks in then it’s loud when running. The doors are very noisy to open and close, especially if you close the right side door before the left or open the left before opening the right. If you close the left door when the right is closed the right door pops open and stays open. Freezer drawer is also noisy to open and close. Water filter housing takes up a lot of room on the top shelf.
