Not a winner for us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in this refrigerator. Doors do not line up. After a total of 4 visits to get it installed and working . Doors are still off. Paid alot for this fridge because we only had so much room to put it. We just moved from Ilinois to Florida and had the same model fridge up north and this new one lacks the quality that we are used to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bout the refrigerator 2 months ago, and it was delivered 1 month ago. Soon after, it started make a noise similar to that of a helicopter when it kicked on. I spent one of my days off awaiting the visit of a repairman, thinking it would be fixed. Instead, my wasted day turned into a 5 minute visit from the repairman who promised a return (another wasted day) after the part was ordered and delivered to complete the fix. It is incredibly disappointing and frustrating to spend that much money on something new and have this much trouble. I would expect this trouble out of a cheaper brand or older model, but had a higher expectation from Whirlpool. I guess I was wrong!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but not Geat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like it for the most part. It is louder than our previous Whirlpool refrigerator. Also we were disappointed that it takes both hands to use the interior water dispenser. Why not put the button below the dispenser so we could turn it on with the glass as the KitchenAid models do? Very unhandy, to the point of not using it. Other than that we like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago because I wanted and needed the larger bottom freezer. The side by side we have had for several years has a narrow useless freezer. I gave four stars because of the awkward and inconvenient location to access the filtered water on the left having to open both doors. Otherwise, the large bottom freezer is great except for a permanent partition next to the ice tray that creates a useless space and makes the adjacent space smaller! The French door refrigerator is roomy and well planned.

Nice but drawers don't slide easily

I don't like the way the veggie/fruit drawers open and close. The drawers don't slide smoothly. They feel a bit cheap. Other than that, it seems like a good choice for a 33-inch wide fridge.

Perfect Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago to replace a freezer on the top refrigerator. We absolutely love this refrigerator!!! My husband has had spinal fusions and cannot bend over very well so the fact that he can see everything in the fridge and freezer is great.. This also fit into our very small opening perfectly. I would recommend this highly!!

I love the water dispenser on the inside of the refrigerator and having the French doors for the fridge on top And the freezer on the bottom.Very happy!
