[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model refrigerator is very noisy. The quality is not very good. Door seals are poorly designed. I do not expect this product to last more than 10 years.

Not too sure about the quality of this fridge?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is simply ok but nothing special. The motor is rather loud compared to my 25-year old Amana fridge and the shelving seems flimsy by comparison. The vegetable drawers are much smaller than expected, either because of the water or ice maker set up. The shelves do not go all the way to edge of the fridge leaving a 1-/2 gap at the back on the on the sides. Why did they not design the shelves so they do not have these gaps allowing for items to tip over when pushed to the back or sides of the shelves. Two items that completely bugged us was: 1 - we paid for delivery and installation which should mean that the ice maker and water line are fully functioning once the unit is installed - no, we get the added expense of calling a plumber to hook up the water line or we get to figure that out on our own. 2. - After spending $$ on a brand new fridge, the delivery people say upon departure: Well good luck because most appliances only last 8 to 10 years (if you take care of them). Made for obsolescence which is horrible for consumer and the environment. You would think that appliance manufacturers would care about how consumers view their products. Maybe Whirlpool should hire real people to assess products before they go to market, not just engineers. I just hope this fridge lasts more than 8 to 10 years.

Love This One !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 3 Whirlpool appliances - refrigerator, range and microwave- at the same time out of necessity, not necessarily out of desire because everything seems to wear out at the same time nowadays. I am so happy with my choice of this Whirlpool refrigerator! The LED lighting is impressive. Food looks wonderful! The inside filtered water dispenser is a plus for me. The usual outside dispenser features seem quite the temptation for a child's curiosity overload. Door storage is much more than expected. I finally can fit items there without crowding.Bottom freezer has more than ample space with deep bottom of the bottom compartments and the top of the bottom tray supports more than expected storage. I love it ! I was only slightly disappointed with 2 things: There was no "Butter Compartment" and the manual doesn't have a "Troubleshooting" section. ( will access the website to resolve 2 issues) But this appliance is definitely a 5 Star !!

Well designed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best option for a 33-inch wide refrigerator to fit our 35-inch space (which is less than the standard 36-inch space). French doors and handles are very nice, and the interior is well designed with three nice drawers and movable glass shelves. Note: The French door width is unequal, with the left door 3 inches less than the right door, but that has worked out fine, maybe even better, as we use the wider right door more often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a refrigerator for 2 people or a small family, that was built with quality materials and workmanship that was not a 'smart' refrigerator. This refrigerator meets our requirements. We are extremely happy that we made this purchase. We did a lot of comparison shopping and, hands down, Whirlpool stood out above the rest.

Solid refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a 16 year old whirlpool refrigerator that was starting to have frost issues in the freezer. Enjoyed it for years. The new refrigerator is really nice and adjusts to the spacing we needed. The only design issue with the new one is the location of the water filter (inside the refrigerator compartment). While convenient for replacement, it takes up space in the top shelf of the refrigerator. Overall, its' a great refrigerator. 4.5 stars

Poor design, especially shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very unhappy with shelf design. The shelves float about an inch or two from the back of the fridge, but there is no "stop" edge to keep your food/containers from going past the edge of the shelf and hitting/resting on the inside wall of the fridge. Food and containers can end up right up against the inside back wall of the fridge. No sliding shelves, so you constantly have to reach in and jockey food around every time you want to get something that is not right in front. Also the water dispenser button is on the left side despite the fact that most people are right handed. I'd rather have no water dispenser at all rather than one that is so hard to push, is on the left side and requires you to open the door to get cold water. Lastly very poor use of space. Can't wait until it wears out and I can' replace it with a single door bottom freezer like I had.
