Worth the Wait!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Whirlpool French door Refrigerator looks great, has lots or interior space, is easy to use, and so far (I’ve only had it one month), works very well. I had to wait a long time as I wanted black, no water/ice in door, and needed a particular size, but the wait was worth it. I replaced a Samsung which was problematic from the start. Hopefully, this one will serve me better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice roomy fridge with good temp control!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had lots of trouble with refrigerators before so I was very hesitant about buying another one. So far, I really like how this fridge is set up and it seems to have lots of room. When I got it, the temp was pre-set and after the first 2 days the food in the top was starting to freeze. I thought the directions could have been better on how to change the temperature because I thought I followed them well but I turned the whole thing off! After several hours and calling he store they gave me another idea of what to do but it took about 2 days for the temp to get where it should be. Holding temp well now. Also, the cold cut drawer across the bottom had its top fall off already but we were able to replace it. I had to tell everyone to be very careful with it. All in all I'm very happy so far and hope this one lasts longer than the last.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Refrigerator...Lack luster delivery times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is great. But, it took over 6 month from order to delivery. The local appliance shop had to order The Black Refrigerator from Whirlpool in November 2023. It was delivered at the end of May 2024.

I like the digital controls.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The digital controls are precise and useful. The freezer section is inefficiently two sections instead of a chest freezer design. The water and ice are useful but should be dispensed on the outside. The French door design is inefficient compared to a traditional single door, top freezer design.
