[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator five weeks ago. Unfortunately, the door sensor was broke when it arrived. The repair man is supposed to be out this week. I’m not sure if this problem is related to the door sensor or if it’s a separate problem but the door alarm does not work. I could leave the door open all day and it would not let me know it was open. I’m sure when this is fixed, I would rate them with a five

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally bought a larger model, but it was too big for my enclosure. This cost more and doesn’t have the ice or water on the outside, but except for that feature I really like this model. Freezer compartment could be bigger!

Solid refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a 16 year old whirlpool refrigerator that was starting to have frost issues in the freezer. Enjoyed it for years. The new refrigerator is really nice and adjusts to the spacing we needed. The only design issue with the new one is the location of the water filter (inside the refrigerator compartment). While convenient for replacement, it takes up space in the top shelf of the refrigerator. Overall, its' a great refrigerator. 4.5 stars

Great shelf adjustment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this on February 1st and my wife loves it. There is so much more room then our old one. After eight days I have to call repair man because water dispenser stopped working I’m not happy about that but at least my wife is happy.

GREAT REFRIGERATOR!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! We have only had it three weeks. The (I'll call it the cheese drawer) is far deeper than I thought it would be, and this allows me to put more items in this specialized drawer. I like the way the two Veggie & Fruit bins pull out all the way and tip downward locking them in, so I can get a large container of spinach in easily. Any draw backs, I wish the glass shelves would have gone all the way to the back of the refrigerator. There is a very small gap, and after the first small thing I put on the shelf and to the back, dropped down to the next shelf :-( I don't know if this is by design to let air flow, or just what I would call a flaw design.
