Poor craftsmanship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge itself is very pretty and I love the interior. However, the craftsmanship is poor. There are pieces of foam that are protruding from different spots of the refrigerator and there are pieces of sharp plastic that were left over during molding or manufacturing. I ended up getting scratched while loading the freezer. The door is a little lower on the right. Whirlpool sent out of tech, and the door is not adjustable as shown in the user manual. The only option is to completely replace the fridge. For the cost of this fridge, you would at least expect the doors to be straight.

Good fridge

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It’s a really nice fridge. I like the fact that it runs very quietly and does not make any unnecessary noises. I previously had an LG fridge and this is such a nice change. I like the drawers, especially the deli-drawer. Looks nice and can keep many “deli items” tucked away tidy. I like that the other drawers can control the humidity and cooling for fruits and vegetables and are interchangeable. The ice maker is amazing! It creates cubes quickly and quietly.
Now for some things I wish they could change. The water dispenser takes some getting use to since it is located inside the fridge. I knew that before I bought the fridge but, the button for the dispenser is too high and you can just reach in with a glass to pour some water. You actually need both hands; one to hold the button and the other to hold the glass forcing you to open the second door. The other inconvenience is the freezer drawer does not pull out far enough to really get a peek inside or to access things easily. The last thing is the lighting. Light only comes from one source which, when you put an item on the top shelf, really does not illuminate the fridge well at all.
I like the fridge a lot however, these slight changes would have made for a 5-star review.

Not a winner for us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in this refrigerator. Doors do not line up. After a total of 4 visits to get it installed and working . Doors are still off. Paid alot for this fridge because we only had so much room to put it. We just moved from Ilinois to Florida and had the same model fridge up north and this new one lacks the quality that we are used to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Paying More For Less

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this refrigerator at the start of January and received it at the end of April. Because I have a 33" opening, I am restricted in refrigerator options. It seems, if you need a smaller black refrigerator, you are really limited in selections. Selections with lower quality and higher prices than many 36" refrigerators. Why can't I get better quality drawers, bins and shelves on a 33" refrigerator?
This refrigerator is operating fine.
On the plus side, it does match the black Maytag dishwasher I installed last year.

Door and freezer drawer front need to be replaced due to noticeable dings. Shelves scratch easily.
There are other scuff marks inside making it feel used. The vegetable drawers jerk not slide. Ice maker so loud had to install a mat to buff noise when cubes fall into bin. Bar on ice maker drops so low you cannot open freezer drawer.
The plastic arch above water dispenser falls off. The large frig doors are uneven. This is just in the first month. Its a
Big investment to have these multiple issues. Would like to return it. Would not buy again.

Hard to close crisper drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice refrigerator. The only issue I have is that the two pull out crisper drawers are very difficult to close and do not close all the way without forcing them. Sometimes they get caught up on the fruit/vegetable selector tab.
